I don’t about you, but I like to start my weekend the way I plan for it to continue – with something yummy.
And let’s face it, the French do yummy so well.
For me, Friday nights are all about the French bistro classics – French Onion Soup, Steak Frites and my all time favourite Duck Confit.
At the end of the working week, I’m also looking for easy and the great thing about Duck Confit is that it is pre-prepared – either by you or the lovely people at your local deli. All you need to do is simply heat and serve. And perhaps pop a salad on the side.
So why not Frenchify Your Friday this week by picking up some Duck Confit. Quick. Easy. Yum. And so, so French.
